With more than 23 years of extensive experience in the Property Industry, Mr. Masika possesses a unique skill set specializing in Urban Property Valuations across Kenya and the broader East African region. His expertise extends to encompass Property Management, Estate Agency Services, and Feasibility Studies. Notably, his proficiency covers the valuation of diverse asset categories, including land, buildings, furniture, fittings, and equipment.

Mr. Masika holds a B.Sc. in Land Management from the University of Reading, UK. He is a distinguished full member of the Institution of Certified Investment and Financial Analysis (ICIFA), a prominent full member of The Institution of Surveyors of Kenya (ISK), a licensed and registered valuer recognized by The Valuers Registration Board of Kenya, and a Registered Estate Agent under the Estate Agents Act.

Formerly serving as the CEO of STANLIB Fahari I-REIT, Mr. Masika played a pivotal role in steering the first listed REIT in Kenya & East Africa. His leadership tenure witnessed remarkable growth as the REIT expanded its portfolio with the acquisition of a Grade A Commercial Office building in Lavington, Nairobi. Presently, he holds the position of partner at Lloyd Masika Limited, where he leads the Agency Services division.

In addition to his diverse roles, Mr. Masika serves as the current Chairperson of the REITs Association of Kenya (RAK), contributing to the advancement of the real estate investment landscape in the region. Mr Masika also works at Llyod Masika, a property management firm based in Nairobi.
